For over 20 years, I’ve worked in executive and leadership talent acquisition across a range of industries, with the last 11 years focused on healthcare—most recently with the largest nonprofit health system in Texas. Through this work, I’ve gained a unique perspective on how people grow, how organizations thrive, and where the two intersect.

Now, through my work with Forward I Go, I combine that experience with a strong foundation in personal development, communication, and strategic insight. My goal is to help others uncover what’s holding them back, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps toward lasting change—professionally and personally.
